2026 Swim Season Info
Welcome to the 2026 Fieldstone Flippers!
Registration is now closed. Total fees for Fieldstone Farms residents in 2026 will be $160. When registering - pay close attention to the instructions as you will open our (Flippers) registration and while you are in the middle of it, you will be required to click a link that re-directs you to register and pay $16 with Swimmingly and once that is complete you will need to come back and finish your Flippers registration and pay the remainder. Swimmingly registers you to swim in the meets, while this website puts you on our specific team roster. You'll know you are registered for both when you have email confirmations from both swimmingly and swimtopia. If your swimmer is not going to compete in ANY of the meets, you can skip the swimmingly. Email us to ask about the volunteer requirement for non-meet participants.
Click "Meets and events" on the header bar above, and click "view all" to see the entire season scheduled meets and events. We have 4 meets in June and the Championship meet is set for June 26th and 27th.
Nonresidents:
Fieldstone Farms is officially allowing a limited number of swimmers that live outside of the neighborhood to join our team. To qualify, the swimmer should reside in the Grassland Middle School or Franklin High School District and not have the opportunity to swim on a neighborhood team of their own. We will have a limited number of spots (first come first served) and there will be an additional $60 fee per swimmer (collected at registration).
Please note: swim team membership for non-residents does not include swimming at the FF pool after practice. Please follow the guest policy.
Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
Team Suit & Swimsuit fitting:
We have chosen to work with Swim Outlet this season, which means each swimmer will have a free membership to Swim Outlet (that gets you a discount!) and the suit and gear you order will ship directly to you. Reminder: you are not required to purchase the team suit, but if you are buying a new suit at all, please consider the team suit, as we need to sell a minimum number to get the cost of the fitting kits refunded. Order your suit and gear here!
Swimsuit fitting will be held on at the Clubhouse Cottage building (small white building to the left of the pool). This is for your child to be fitted/try on a competition suit. YOU MUST ORDER THE SUIT YOURSELF, WE DO NOT DO THAT FOR YOU. You are not required to buy a team suit, but a competition team suit is highly recommended for the practices and meets. The cost for team suits is separate from the team fees.
New Swimmer Evaluations:
If your child has never been on a swim team before, please sign up for a 10 minute time slot so the coaches can evaluate their swim ability and eligibility. If you can't make those times, don't worry! The coaches can evaluate your swimmer at the first practice you are able to make.
Practices:
This year we will have pre-season practices in May, before school is out! We will have pre-season practices May 14, 18, 19, and 20 as follows:
- Ages 6 & Under: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Ages 7–10: 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM
- Ages 11 & Up: 6:15 PM – 7:00 PM
The first day of regular practice will be on Tuesday, May 27. Practices will be M-F, except for meet days, until the championship meet. Practice times are by age group. You can find practice information on our website. Make sure you bring goggles, drinks (water etc) for your children, towels and make sure they are in a comfortable competition type swim suit. Practices will not generally be canceled for rain without thunder. Kids can wear their team suits and caps at practice to get used to them, but neither are required for practice.
Meet Schedule:
We have 4 meets scheduled for 2026. See schedule for dates and times.
We will ask parents to do their best to avoid crowding the pool deck. This means bring tents, umbrellas, chairs and spread out so that we can respect each other's space. We will be using the swimmingly app and/or having an event announcer keeping everyone up to speed on when you should come to the pool deck for your child's event. For more meet info, see Swim Meet 101.

Swimmingly: We will all still be required to sign up via swimmingly and pay our $16 per child fee for the season. If you do not complete registration and pay for swimmingly, your child will not be entered into any of the meets. This is the software we use to run our meets and log swimmers' times.
Additional requests: To help the coaching staff plan the meets, please mark your availability status IN SWIMMINGLY for each meet as soon as you know (so the coaches know if your child will be attending or not). Do this for each Meet BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS! You can always go back and change it if your plans change. Instructions can be found here. This will be available soon.
Thank you and we are excited for the Flippers 2026!
Meet Training Links for Volunteers
Thank you to the Parent Volunteers! We literally cannot run the meets without your help! Your roles are very important/integral to your kids' experience with swim team. Please make sure you are committed to your role and know the expectations and are trained and prepared for the meet before the day of.
Stroke and Turn Judge, Starter, or Referee: you will need to go through the WCSL Training Module and watch the Swimmingly meet software videos. You must do this each year, so check that you are completing the current year's training. If you do not get a notice you have completed the course you will not be able to work the meet in that role:
