Signup Instructions for Swim Meets
Sign up for meets you plan to attend
- Sign up your swimmer for meets you plan to attend so the coach knows to assign your swimmer to events.
- The coach will let you know the deadline (usually noon, three days prior to meet), but, if you can, do this for all meets at the beginning of the season, then you won’t have to worry about it. You can always go back and change it if you need to.
Declare your swimmer for each meet in Swimmingly.
- Log in to your swimmingly clubhouse account.
- Click "Go to Meet Schedule" in center section or "Meet Schedule" in left sidebar.
- Find the applicable meet and click "Meet Declarations"
- Select "yes" or "no" for each swimmer.
- "Save and Send" at the bottom of the page.

Sign up for Swimmingly
All Parents MUST sign up their swimmers in the swimmingly website in order for your kids to compete in the meets. The fee is $16 per swimmer. Make sure you enter your child(ren)'s birthday correctly and that you get all the way through the process, and submit payment. You will be emailed a receipt from Swimmingly as confirmation.
