Flippers Parents,

We are looking forward to starting the summer swim season!  We have a big team this year with a lot of new swimmers!  We are going to practice this week on Thursday 5/26 and Friday 5/27.  No practice on Memorial day (5/30) and then we will start up again on Tuesday 5/31 with our normal practice schedule.  Practice times are by age group (also posted on our website):

Ages 7-10 7:45-9:00 a.m.

11 and Up: 8:45-10:00

6 and under: 9:45 - 10:30 a.m.

A few other IMPORTANT reminders regarding the meets (Pay close attention if you want your swimmer to participate in any or all of the meets): 

1. Everyone who plans for their swimmers to participate in any or all meets must register and pay for swimmingly before the end of day Saturday 6/4.  If you need help with instructions on how to do this, go to our website.

2. Everyone must register your children as either attending or not attending every meet on our swimtopia website - Our coaches use this information to build the meets.  Here's how to do this:

-go to flippers.swimtopia.com

-click on meets and events

-You'll see all of our meets - click the "meet entry" button under the scheduled meet

-Click "edit" and select either "attending" or "not attending"

-Click SAVE

-Do this for every meet on the schedule as soon as you know if you are attending or not attending the meet.
